In this qoute the relavence is that men in the book are not good role models when it comes to dreams, and the women are. i say this because the women in this story have dreams and goals and the men are just lax and dont care. this is how i see it relating to the book.i think that this might change later on in the story. but for right now the women are very good role models to look up towhen it comes to goals.
